As the unfolding of the COVID-19 crisis continues to bring uncertainty to many businesses’ manufacturing supply, we want to assure you that we are taking every measure to ensure a safe and sustainable continuation of our manufacturing services.
Also, to mitigate supply risk, we’ve further diversified our global network and are adding new capacity in multiple regions every day in Europe, Asia and North America. Thanks to this diversification, we are now re-introducing 5 and 10 day lead time for CNC machining.
The new lead time options for CNC machining are:
- 5 days - available for parts under 20x20x20 cm for an order quantity lower than 20
- 10 days
- 15 days
- 20 days
We’ll continue to monitor the situation to best support and provide you with a reliable and safe service. The full Protolabs Network team is still at work, albeit from home. Below you can find FAQs that we'll be regularly updating as they come.
We would like to wish you, your colleagues and your families all the best during these uncertain times.
